From the first interaction, Justin was detailed, caring, asked questions, worked WITH me to understand what I wanted and WHO the ring was for. He worked within my budget, gave me enough options to understand potential, but not too many to overwhelm. I expected this to be a stressful process, but Justin made it enjoyable, fun, made sure the ring told OUR story and the final product was absolutely STUNNING!! Jaws are still dropping 5 months later when people see her ring.
